Sales Development Representative (English-speaking)
Tashkent, full-time, on-site. You will speak English all day to buyers in London, Berlin and New York. If that sounds like the job you want, the application takes ten minutes.

What you will do
- Make 60–80 outbound calls a day to businesses in the UK, the EU and the US
- Book qualified meetings straight into the client's calendar
- Research each prospect before you dial, not while you dial
- Keep the CRM accurate — every call logged, every note written
- Handle objections in English without reaching for a script
- Review your own recorded calls each week with a founder
What we need from you
- C1 or C2 English, spoken and written — this one is not negotiable
- Comfortable on the phone with strangers, in a second language
- Able to work UK and EU hours from our Tashkent office
- Organised enough to keep a CRM clean without being reminded
- Coachable — you will hear your own calls played back every week
- Sales experience helps but is not required; English is what we cannot teach quickly
