StellaCore is small, new, and honest about both. This page tells you who runs it, what we are building, and what we have deliberately left off this website.
We started this because two English instructors kept watching their best students take jobs that wasted the one skill they had spent years building. There is a supply of genuinely excellent English speakers in Tashkent and a demand for them in London and Berlin, and almost nothing connecting the two. Closing that gap is the entire business.
Not an account manager, not a support queue. The people who built the hiring process are the people who run your account.
Founder & CEO
Rakhim started StellaCore after years of teaching IELTS and TOEFL preparation in Tashkent, where he kept watching fluent graduates take jobs that never used their English. He handles commercial conversations, pricing and client accounts, and sits in on the final interview for every agent we hire.
Co-founder & COO
Azimjon runs recruitment and training. He designed the five-stage selection process and personally scores every recorded English interview. He also teaches IELTS and TOEFL, which is what makes the C2 standard on this site a measurement rather than a marketing line.
We are new. Pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to lose the kind of client we want.
We do not have a wall of logos yet, and we will not borrow anyone else's. When a client agrees to be named, they will appear here and not before.
No “500+ clients served”, no fabricated satisfaction scores. Every figure on this site is either checkable or clearly labelled as a target.
There are no reviews on this site because we have not earned any yet. The recordings do the work a testimonial normally would.
Every photograph on this site is our actual office and our actual team. If a photograph is missing, you will see a gap rather than a stranger in a headset.
